My Job Responsibilities

I work as medical coordinator and my job responsibilities are

· Leaded to implement EMR solution

· Leaded to new management solution during EMR implementation.

· Created reports for senior management

· Worked on Microsoft Project to develop project plan, plan resources, time scheduling.

· Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

· Identified loop holes in the system and correcting to meet Hospital needs

· Interacted with management and provided reports on a timely basis for analysis and decision making by management

· Interacted with cross-functional teams

· Measured vital signs and performed EKG

· Prepared patients for exams and assisted providers and nurses with procedures

· Put orders in the computers for lab tests and radiology tests
